Today was a lot of fun because we had our first water hike! We very excited to be able to explore the landscape from within the shallow streams of Nachal Hatsbani – it was so refreshing and cool! From the lookout point at Kibbutz Misgav Am, we learned about the geographic and agricultural advantages that Israel possess and discussed Jewish pride. Our first shwarma lunch was absolutely delicious! We kayaked down a section of the Jordan river, and some parts are quite shallow and lent themselves for a great splash filled journey! Make sure to ask your kids what the Hebrew word of the day is, as we have quite an expanded vocabulary! We ended the day with a great dinner back at Nofei Gonen and enjoyed some fun group games.
