It’s a new day and a new place, welcome to golan! Our adventurous day kicked off with a splashtacular water hike. Everyone enjoyed walking through the beautiful scenery that surrounded us as we journeyed thru the waters of golan. Even the staff had a great time splashing all the teens till they were drenched. Our adventure continued as we moved on to the kineret to build some rafts. Everyone was split into groups of 3 and used teamwork to build a raft and race it. And the winner is…..group 1! Oh wait there’s more, our journey kept moving around the kineret as we arrived at the aquakef. Our TJJ lions all jumped for joy as we approached this inflatable obstacle course. We were soaring and flying from obstacle to obstacle. It was truly an unforgettable morning and afternoon.
We then went to the grave of Rebbe Akiva where we prayed, which was really inspiring and informational. Then we went to our last activity of the day, which was what we’ve all been waiting for, boating! All of the TJJ Lions gathered together, blasted music, and danced like crazy. It was so fun coming together and having such a good time with everyone.
